'Sup friends???!! I’m excited to tell you about
a new book I made. It’s SF #2, the sequel following last year’s
space-action-adventure story zine, “SF #1.”
Basically SF is a serial floppy comic about a
little boy named Hupa Dupa whose parents were killed by Space Pirates, so he
gets adopted by the Space Fleet Scientific Foundation Special Forces and joins
their war against them. The story is inspired by Matsumoto Leiji’s great space
opera manga Queen Millenia.
The book is exactly the same form as SF #1:
6 5/8” x 9”, 36 pages, printed with soy ink on recycled paper using a Risograph
printer, and assembled by hand. You can order this book now - but wait wait wait!!
--- they'll be ready to ship by September 29th. Sorry, I sent all the copies I already made to SPX! Order NOW and yours will get sent out quick! The price is $7.
Find this book at SPX at the Retrofit Comics table. It'll sit right next to Secret Prison #7, the manga-inspired anthology with work by me, Zach, and Noel! (yeah I know, I know - it's a bummer that CCC doesn't have our own table this time!)
(yes, yes, I know the picture of the back cover says it costs $6 - that's before I started printing the big edition! so well remember that as the early bird price, sorry about that, gonna change the back cover!!)
